1. Identity and operator

The website https://www.eveasy.gr, hereinafter the “Website”, is operated by MICRONOMY ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., trading as “Micronomy”, with its registered office at 1 Nikis Avenue, 54624 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT number 099625418, General Commercial Register (ΓΕΜΗ) number 038399305000, telephone 2310 221555 and email info@micronomy.org.

Micronomy is the Official Importer and Exclusive Distributor of EVEASY vehicles in Greece. The vehicles are manufactured by Jiangxi Jiangling Group Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. (JMEV).

2. Scope

Access to and use of the Website are governed by these Terms of Use. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

3. Provisional information phase

The Website currently operates as a limited informational edition ahead of the official commercial introduction of EVEASY to the Greek market. Certain information, functions or sections are still being finalised and may be shown as “Coming soon”.

4. No online sales

The Website is not an online shop. It does not provide any facility to order, reserve, pay for or conclude a contract for the purchase of a vehicle.

Submitting a contact or expression-of-interest form does not constitute an order, a vehicle reservation, acceptance of an offer, or any commitment as to price, availability, equipment, delivery time or any other commercial term.

5. Vehicle information and images

Vehicle images, descriptions and information are provided for general information purposes. Technical specifications, equipment, colours, dimensions, range, charging times, versions, availability dates and other characteristics may change until the commercial availability of each model in Greece is finalised.

Vehicles shown may include optional, additional or unavailable equipment. The depiction of colours and materials may differ depending on the display, the photography and the final production version.

The information on the Website does not constitute a commercial offer, a technical certification, a warranty statement or a contractual commitment. Final terms will be set out in the official commercial and contractual documents applicable at the time each model is placed on the market.

6. Expression of interest and contact

Users may submit an enquiry through the form provided. Micronomy uses the information supplied in order to receive, manage and respond to that specific enquiry.

Receiving commercial updates by email is a separate and optional choice. Withholding consent for commercial updates does not affect the submission or handling of the underlying enquiry.

7. Warranty and after-sales services

Detailed terms for warranty, technical support, the repairer network and after-sales services will be published or otherwise communicated before the vehicles are placed on the market. Until then, any related reference on the Website is of a general informational nature.

8. Accuracy and availability of the Website

Micronomy makes reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date. Because the Website is operating provisionally and information is still being finalised, changes or corrections may be made without prior notice.

Micronomy does not warrant that the Website will operate uninterrupted or free of technical errors. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that may not be limited under applicable law.

9. Permitted use

Users must use the Website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, integrity or availability. Unauthorised access, the introduction of malicious code, the circumvention of technical security measures, and bulk or automated data extraction without prior written permission are prohibited.

10. Intellectual and industrial property

The trade marks, names, logos, images, texts, designs, graphics, videos and other content of the Website belong to Micronomy, to JMEV or to their respective rights holders, and are used under the relevant rights or licences.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, distributing or commercially exploiting the content without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder is not permitted, unless expressly allowed by law.

11. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Micronomy does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security or data protection practices of those websites.

12. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Website uses strictly necessary cookies for its secure and proper operation and, only with your consent, marketing cookies, in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

13. Amendment of these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the operation of the Website, its content or the applicable legal framework changes. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
