1. Controller

The controller is MICRONOMY ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., trading as “Micronomy”, with its registered office at 1 Nikis Avenue, 54624 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT number 099625418, General Commercial Register (ΓΕΜΗ) number 038399305000, telephone 2310 221555 and email info@micronomy.org.

Micronomy is the Official Importer and Exclusive Distributor of EVEASY vehicles in Greece.

2. What data is collected

The register-of-interest form collects your first name, last name and email address and, if you choose to provide them, your telephone number, model of interest and a short message. No other field is required.

If you opt in to commercial updates, your consent is additionally recorded together with the date and time, the version of the consent wording, the version of this Policy and the page the form was submitted from, so that it can be evidenced.

The website stores only your cookie choice on your device. If you consent to marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. records the pages you visit, your IP address, browser details and the _fbp and _fbc cookie identifiers, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to show relevant ads. The same data is also sent to Meta directly from our server (Meta Conversions API); if you submit the register-of-interest form, your email, telephone, first name and last name are additionally sent in hashed form (SHA-256) so that Meta can match the enquiry to the ad it came from. Without your consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded and nothing is sent to Meta.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The details you submit through the form are used solely to receive, manage and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Micronomy's legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to it and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).

Use of the Meta Pixel is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006), which you may withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Micronomy and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of that data (Art. 26 GDPR).

Commercial updates are sent by email only where you have given separate, optional consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 11 of Greek Law 3471/2006). Withholding it does not affect the handling of your enquiry, and you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Recipients and transfers

Only authorised Micronomy staff have access to the data. The website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and the email delivery provider act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR contracts.

If you consent to marketing cookies, browsing data is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which may transfer it to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Beyond that, data is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising purposes. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only under the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.

5. Retention

Enquiry details are kept for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and, thereafter, for a reasonable period as a record of the correspondence.

Data relating to marketing consent is kept until the consent is withdrawn and, after withdrawal, only as evidence that the withdrawal was recorded.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on that basis before withdrawal.
